LAGs (liquid, aerosol, gels) are allowed in your carry-on luggage as long as they are in containers of 100 ml capacity or less and they should be placed in a transparent resealable bag of one liter capacity or less.

For those who have upcoming appointments for visa application at the US Embassy, cell phones and other electronic devices are no longer permitted inside the US Embassy Consular Section.

I was once asked by a classmate what hotels are near the airport. She was taking the last flight from Iloilo to Manila and was flying early morning the next day to Hong Kong. The nearest hotels from the airport are the Manila Airport Hotel (across the parking area of NAIA Terminal 1) and the recently opened Manila Marriott Hotel (across NAIA Terminal 3).

A red eye could be a symptom of acute conjunctivitis or a symptom caused by overnight travel but in the airline industry, a red eye refers to a flight that departs late at night and arrives around dawn. A movie has also been made with the title Red Eye (starring Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy and directed by Wes Craven) where McAdams takes the red-eye flight to Miami.
